ELEVATING THE SHISHA EXPERIENCE
We recruited scientists and engineers to develop OOKA, an alternative to conventional shisha that heats shisha molasses without the need to burn charcoal.
OOKA is a cleaner choice than charcoal-heated shisha. Based on laboratory analyses, it emits on average 94% lower levels of harmful chemicals.*
*IMPORTANT: Based on laboratory aerosol tests conducted, Carbon Monoxide was below the laboratory detection limit of 0.000097mg/ml. This does not mean that OOKA is risk-free.
TESTED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
OOKA has gone through robust scientific assessments including an external laboratory examination of the constituents of cloud from OOKA and for comparison external examinations of cloud from conventional shisha. A total of 3 different set ups for conventional shisha were tested and, together with OOKA, tested three times each across more than 40 analytes known to be present in conventional shisha cloud and/or cigarette smoke.*
*IMPORTANT: The totality of evidence available shows that while OOKA use is not risk-free, switching completely to OOKA is a better choice than continuing with conventional shisha.
THE BENEFITS OF HEATING SHISHA
The OOKA heating technology prevents shisha molasses from burning, which means it significantly reduces the number and level of harmful chemicals, compared to conventional shisha’s charcoal smoke.
OOKA not only removes charcoal from the shisha experience, it also accentuates the core flavors of the premium molasses in the OOKApods.*

HOW OOKA’S HEATING TECHNOLOGY WORKS
OOKA heats shisha molasses at a controlled temperature, preventing combustion and the production of harmful smoke.
An intelligent microchip in the shisha pods automatically programs the device to heat up to a specific temperature profile which is monitored 25 times per second, enabling a consistent, high-quality, cleaner experience for users.

Our studies have shown that those who switch to OOKA enjoy it just as much as those who continued to smoke conventional shisha.

The absence of smoke and less toxicants does not mean that OOKA is risk free.
“94% lower levels” represents the average reductions in levels of a range of harmful chemicals (excluding nicotine) compared to the smoke of a reference cigarette (3R4F). It does not necessarily equal a 94% reduction in risk.
